The Healthy 4 Life class combines seated and standing exercises to target and improve strength, mobility and balance as we get older. This will help reduce the risk of falling, prevent injuries and help us perform at our best.
Vanessa Summerhill, Healthy 4 Life instructor, said: “I’ve always had a passion for fitness and wanted to give back to the community by helping others stay fit and healthy for as long as possible, so they can enjoy an active future.
“The class is a fun and social activity with lots of laughter as well as a range of exercises for all ages and abilities. Everyone is welcome and members often enjoy staying for a cuppa and a catch up when the class finishes.”
