This full-body workout combines 40 minutes of high intensity, dance-based cardio with 20 minutes of strength training and stretching. You’ll dance, jump, kick, plank, push-up and crunch your way to a happier, healthier you.
Class instructor, Nikki Murphy, said: “I have been Jazzercising for 26 years and it just gets better. I was a professional dancer and I love that Jazzercise keeps me motivated, is ever evolving and I would never choose anything else because it works!!
