One winner will be chosen at random. The winner will win a paddleboarding session for four people at Waterbeach on one of the following dates: 19th May, 16th June, 21st July.
Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (Mainland only) aged 18 years or over except employees of Urban&Civic and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All eligible submissions will be entered into the competition. A winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by The Promoter and or its agents.
The winner will be notified via email by Friday 10th May. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value (no change given).
The awarding of prizes is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The Promoter is not responsible for any missed collections, deliveries or damages to items which may be part of the competition prize during transit.
