Planning applications are being submitted for the next new homes at Waterbeach.
The first planning application is for 90 homes that are being built under a ‘Build to Rent’ scheme – these homes will help to meet the demand for rental properties in Cambridge and will comprise mostly of privately rented homes.
The second application is for nearly 200 houses and flats and will also contain the first convenience store, located in the local square.
