Amplius, a leading charitable housing association, work hard to put customers at the centre of their service, to provide the support they need and the homes they want, where they are needed. Alongside traditional mortgages, housebuilder and national incentives, we are working closely with Amplius and South Cambridgeshire District Council to provide four innovative ways to live at Waterbeach.

Rent to buy

Affordable Rent

A more affordable rental option than the private rental market, as the rent is set at no more than 80% of the open market rate (including service charges).

Shared Ownership

Purchase a share of your new home while renting the remaining percentage*. You can buy further shares in your home when you are able (known as 'staircasing').
